All individual cards sold are verified by our in-house experts for authenticity. We also offer a wide selection of cards pre-graded by industry leaders such as PSA, BGS, and SGC to ensure quality and value.
What is your shipping and handling process?
We take card protection seriously. All orders are shipped in penny sleeves and top-loaders, secured with cardboard reinforcements, and sent in bubble mailers or boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Hit Box Sports Cards ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy on hobby boxes?
Due to the volatile nature of the sports card market, all sales of sealed wax, hobby boxes, and break spots are final. Returns are only accepted for supplies or apparel in their original, unopened packaging.
How do I participate in a live break?
Simply purchase a 'Break Spot' from our live breaks category. Once the break is filled, we go live on our streaming platforms to open the products. All cards from your assigned team or slot will be shipped to you.
